As much as I enjoyed this season as the competitors were exceptional, and after watching it couple of times to rethink my reaction, I still came away unsatisfied. The finale of Top Chef left me wanting a lot more discussion. Since it was close and not a decision shared by all the judges, I was hoping for quite a bit more back and forth and DETAILED critique.
The edit made the discussion seem very choppy and there seemed to be a lot of information left on the cutting room floor.

Going to Children's Hospital Tomorrow

Aloke has a 24-hr EEG study setup to see if there are any micro-seizures taking place. Not looking forward to it. The 1-2 hr sessions are trying as it relates to him wanting to pull the leads out.

Cooking with fresh herbs is nice, but most times we grow or buy more than we can use. Drying the extra is a great way to save money as well as ensure that we always have good quality cooking herbs on hand.
